My name is Tanya and I offer you journeys of transformation and awakening. 

Where you heal, transform, unleash, become. Who you are at your essence. Who you are called to be.

I have never understood the need to proclaim myself as an expert, teacher, light leader, healer etc. as I have felt that that role is in the eye of the beholder or rather the receiver. In turn the people who have worked with me have gifted me many names and descriptions:

I have been in awe of this generosity, simultaneously knowing that each label, each experience exists only to serve. It exists because of you. This work that comes through, exists because I said yes. For you, for me, for us. For this world and the beautiful beings that resonate with it. The 'I' that I am is inconsequential in this.

The Cosmic Humm

My journey has encompassed every layer of self. The emotional, the mental, the spiritual, the energetic, and the physical. I got sick. Very very sick. The kind of sick where the doctor looks at you and you know that if you want to heal, you don't have that much time left. 

​

As I lay there, a live wire for consciousness to pour through, I could feel my entire body humming. The foundational creational humm of the universe vibrating in my cells. It is a subliminal sound found in everything. The key building block that the universe uses to create something from nothing. It is soft and gentle and yet can be so loud and deafening that it can uncreate. Destroy.

 

To create something new in its place. Forever expansion includes destruction. In order to step into our 'next' we have to be willing to let go of what was... And it is this Cosmic Humm that brought me back to life and is now one of the pillars of my body of work.
